Learn from the locals

In the Italian Baking Masterclass, I will teach you the same skills that I teach to my students at the panificio in Napoli, so that you can bake classic recipes your family will love and enjoy la dolce vita, no matter where you are in the world! There will also be guest chefs and creators from around Italy so that you can get knowledge from them too!

Are you feeling bored, disconnected, or stressed by the daily grind? Do you wish you could find more joy and meaning in everyday moments?

The Italian Baking Masterclass is more than just a course; it’s a journey into the heart of Italian culture, designed to bring you joy, calm, and a deep connection to the simple pleasures of life.

For many, life has become a blur of routines, leaving little time for creativity, connection, or simply slowing down to savor the moment. The beauty of Italian baking is that it invites you to be present, to unwind, and to bring a bit of la dolce vita—the sweet life—into your home. This masterclass will guide you through authentic Italian recipes that don’t just fill your kitchen with beautiful aromas but also give you a chance to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Through each step, you’ll experience the satisfaction of creating something meaningful, sharing it with loved ones, and savoring the journey. Imagine waking up excited to try a new recipe, kneading dough while listening to soft music, and savoring each step in the process. With guided videos, you’ll have all you need to bake with confidence and rediscover the joy in the little things. By the end of the course, you’ll not only have mastered Italian baking but also gained a practice that brings peace, connection, and joy to your everyday life.

What My Students Are Saying:

“I now approach baking as a source of relaxation and meditation. Making the crostata and lemon tiramisu felt like I was bringing a piece of Italian tradition to my home. Also, making the treccia and surprising my best friend who is Italian was very special. She was so excited! ”

Glori O

“I baked a fresh Caprese Torta, the Italian chocolate almond cake, for my friend's birthday. So yummy and moist!! She loved it! I also enjoyed making the fresh pasta- the sauce was so good & uncomplicated, and I used fresh tomatoes and basil from my garden.”

Michel H

“I had so much fun learning all these recipes- I even started a foodstagram! My aunt loved the crostata that I baked for her birthday.”

FAQ

  • Can’t I just watch YouTube videos?

Sure, but you won’t have the support of a community to keep you motivated, to celebrate your successes, and to help you when you have questions. You also won't have guidance from myself and the other instructors, access to years of local knowledge from a third generation panetierre, professional pizzaiolo, and our other redeemed chefs. You won't have exclusive guides and lessons to help you master classic Italian baking, nor will you have a tried and tested framework to get you results.

  • The course is expensive. Can you offer it for less?

he chefs in this course usually charge $100 per person, per LESSON. Consider that you’re getting about 20 lessons ($2,000 value), plus the other perks, for a total of $499. That’s a steal. Also, this is a very unique combination of chefs and creators from around Italy that I have personally selected to participate in this course. You won’t be able to find this knowledge elsewhere.

  • What’s the return policy?

If you try the course and don’t like it, I have a 30 day 100% money back guarantee. I just request photo proof that you tried to make at least 3 recipes. However, all of these recipes have been tested by myself, the other creators, chefs, past students, and I think you’re going to love it!

  • I’m really busy, what’s the workload?

I created Italian Baking 101 as a method to slow down and relax. I understand that we are all busy adults, so all of the lessons are pre-recorded with downloadable PDFs. You will have lifetime access to the course, so if you miss a week, it’s all good!

  • I’m not a skilled baker—will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely! The course is designed for all skill levels, and I’ll guide you step by step.
